Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been so kind and knowledgeable. The delivery has been an absolute blessing to me. Zach ( my usual delivery driver ) is so kind. He puts the cases exactly where I need them including rotating the older to be used before the ones being delivered. It has been a blessing to me as I can no longer carry heavy water up to my apartment. My thanks to all!

The installers were pleasant and explained some things about the equipment before leaving and cleared away their mess wonderfully.
