Quality of product and service
Contacting Culligan and setting up new service was quick and easy, Installation was the next day. There were a few issues during install, but they were quickly rectified and sales agent followed up to make sure we were happy with the product after a few days, and then again after a few weeks.

Soft water
I have had Culligan products in my home for 8 years. They always take care of any issues I've had. It isn't often to receive good service after the sale. Culligan is my water company for life.
