I am overly pleased with the exceptional service that I have received from Culligan in general. I always get an email notification of when my next scheduled service will be along with my bill emailed to me and then prior to Culligan service coming to my home. I always get a phone call reminder not sure if it’s like a day before or so, but it’s just to verify that I’m gonna want my services and I appreciate that because a lot of times I don’t check all my emails so call again and definitely filled that role of exceptional service so thank you to the people that Culligan for doing a wonderful job. Keep it up.

I have rented my water softener from Culligan since 2018 and always had good really good service. Unfortunately this time I had a problem that the call center associates tried to talk me through servicing the unit myself. This didn't work and it took another week to confirm that. So I called to get a technition to come and service the unit. I was told that they were very busy and they could make an appointent in 10 days. I was really annoyed and not happy! When the tech came he said the the resin tank had to be replaced. He was good and knew what he was doing. when I gave him the details of my situation, he told me that they were not that busy and the woman who answered my initial call should not have tried to get me to fix it so she wouldn't have to send a tech. Also that the call centre associates need some more training. Anyway he ordered a new resin tank for me and it was installed about 3 days later. The young service tech who came to do that was very friendly and accomodating and did a great job. As much as it took almost a moth to get this resolved the service techs made the difference and I am satisfied.
What’s not to like? Home delivery is the BEST! They bring in the salt, top up my softener and always ask if all is AOK. I even get a little extra salt by times if I’m expecting lots of company as I know we’ll need it. Delivery is efficient and whenever I need to call they are there. THANK YOU Culligan!!!
