I like that I do not have to remember when it is time to add salt rock to my water softener and I like having their service technician deliver and add the right amount of salt. I like that they also check my water for impurities.

Only two things I would change.
1. The website needs to be revamped. It is older and very confusing. Something simpler and more user friendly would be better.
2. If you could offer 2.5-3 gallon bottles of spring water at a good price (say half the price for half the water) they would be much easier for older people to lift.
