I had a great experience with my technician Chad who came out to fix my water softener. From start to finish, he was honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the solution before moving forward.
What really stood out was how thorough he was- he didn’t just fix the immediate issue, but also checked everything to ensure the system was running properly and wouldn’t cause problems down the line. I even felt completely comfortable allowing him to enter my home while I was at work, which really speaks to the level of trust and professionalism he demonstrated.
It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend Chad to anyone in need of service- you can feel confident you’re getting quality work done right the first time!
I have extremely dry, sensitive skin, so I cannot live comfortably without SOFT water. I have had it from Culligan my whole life ~ at home with my parents & carried on after I had my own home with Culligan. I like that it is automatic delivery, same cost, courteous service call ahead & delivery. Plus, most of all, the water is always SOFT! The one time it wasn't soft they came out & fixed the set up. I like the fact that the products and services are worry free. The equipment is reliable and Culligan keeps track of service intervals for me. When service is needed, I receive emails, text messages and phone calls alerting to upcoming maintenance events. Scheduling in made when it is convenient for me. I also appreciate that when I have a question, I can call Culligan directly when my call is answered right away by a real person.
