Service technicians are great.
There are far too many issues with scheduling. Too many issues with the office providing the wrong information to the techs. Previous service call the tech was told service was only for filter replacement and not salt. Fortunately he had some salt in the truck or else we would have needed to schedule a 2nd service appointment.
The cost, the flexibility of the company and the service men are very respectable.

Jimmy, my service man and delivery man, it’s always professional and helps me bring them in to the farmhouse. That helps me greatly since the bottles are quite heavy. I am old. Jimmy always has a smile on his face and my.Lab loves him!
