Had my Reverse Osmosis Filter services (replaced) service representative was very professional and was on time. After completed he tested the system and water and explained the results. He even conducted an inspection of my whole home filtration system.

We like the courtesy we get from the team that comes out. They are always diligent to be sure we have enough softener salt as well as back-up if the weather gets bad.
Miles my tech is always a pleasure to work with and is very solution oriented. I keep requesting him as he knows my home and what it needs. I was so happy to see him yesterday after 2 previous techs could not fix my issue.

The people are always top tier! My delivery guys have always been awesome and especially my current one. I had switched apartments in the same apartment complex and I forgot to let yall know. I called in and the team member I spoke with called the driver and left a message and suggested I go leave a note on my old apartment just incase they don’t see the message. While I was walking over still on the phone, she said he realized all my patio plants he’s used to seeing were gone so he didn’t even deliver it. That really shows me he is paying attention and really cares. Your team is great! I wish I knew their names. My only problem, is sometimes the automated texts to my phone don’t come in but it’s been a lot better lately in comparison to before.

The only thing I don't like about Culligan is having to pay for the charges for the fuel of the driver!
We have hard water and I like that it feels softer.
