I order salts for water softener and the service has been amazing. I suffer from back issues so not able to take the bags down in the basement anymore. So I requested if the driver could bring it downstairs. They said no worries he will do that and he did. The driver was so good, professional and courteous and put all the bags downstairs for me. I have a water delivery service directly to my home. I have never had an issue with the delivery person, nor have I anytime I call the office for any updates or changes that need to be made. The staff is very courteous and accommodating.

Your service is impeccable. When my water machine quit working, you went out of your way to bring me a new one. One of your officer workers was coming through Shelby on his way home. He put it in his back seat and delivered it to my house, set it up for me and told me that if I had any problems or issues to call him directly. Now if that isn’t service then I don’t know what is!
