The products are solid and they work well! I am very pleased with the quality of water we have now - it's superior to the water we were drinking and using prior to installing the Culligan products. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained everything about how the products work, why they're beneficial, and how to maintain them. Previously, I thought water systems were a sham, but now I understand them and can see and taste the difference.
