My water softener was just installed a few days ago but I can already tell the difference with the hard water. I love the use of the app so I can keep an eye on the usage and if the salt is running low without having to run to the basement all the time. Everyone has been friendly that I've worked with from sales to support to the plumbers that did the installation.
