The personal service, we’re always treated like family. I can’t say enough about how friendly and out right nice these people are. Beyond the service calls, I’ve had a couple guys assist me when I was unable to do something unrelated to the purpose of the visit, as a senior somethings are difficult for me. The office lady addresses me by first name, and always has answers for me. She is so sweet and very professional. Frankly, I’d be in a world of hurt without these people. Salt is delivered and loaded into tank, no need for me to lift a finger. The products standup to the test of time, and they stand by their products.

We had a water softener and UV light installed after consultation with the specialist. We had a very old water softener that finally broke. We are on well water so decided a UV light would be appropriate too. The install was delayed due to a blizzard which shut everything down. The install was advanced and the gentleman was very quick, removed the old system which also included two metal tanks which were in the house when we purchased it and were told was for sulphur. After the install and clearing the pipes the water is excellent. Our coffee maker no longer sounds like a cement mixer, white scale which was left anywhere water used to lay is no longer there and the water tastes much better. We know that it is safe and germ free, with the UV light. Being senior citizens, we opted for the platinum service so we don’t have to bother anyone to bring us the salt and get it into the basement.
On time delivery service with text notifications
The guys are always on time - and text when they're close, so I don't have to watch the driveway. Also - it is such a HELP for them to bring the salt in and load the softener - and they NEVER forget to put on booties as they come into the house. Just really great service!
