We've been using Culligan since I have been employed at Platinum. I have never had an issue with the qualtiy of the water used for our chemistry analyzer. My service engineer gave me his cell phone to contact him for urgent problems. This past Saturday, the red light was flashing. I texted Danny and set up a service appointment for Tuesday. All went well with the service on Tuesday. Thanks, Danny

From the custom service reps to the delivery guys, Crystal Springs Abq has truly exceeded my expectations. I never imagined such a company would provide such legendary service! For nearly 12 months now, my regular delivery guy Austin personally calls me if I'm not available to answer my door and then leaves my delivery safely in my garage. This level of customer service such as Four Seasons Resorts. Oh yeah, and the quality of water speaks for itself. I'll be a customer with Crystal Springs Abq for life!
