Product is decent, our water source isn’t great so it works the equipment…. However, the service is top notch. I’ve never had anything but professional service when calling into the office and the technicians that have come out have always been professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Technician was on time and serviced the equipment very quickly. He was very professional and customer focused. He made a suggestion to use the RO system to supply water to the hot water outlet.
