It's been a few years since I have had a water softener and now that I have one again, I'm not quite sure why I waited. I know I was concerned about the cost so I never looked into it. Now that I did I realized that renting the unit was very reasonable. Of course the gentleman that installed it was very nice, informative and quick. Also it's only been a couple of weeks and I already notice a big change in my skin. That's a BIG bonus!

My water was non-existent in part due to the cold weather. The technician was able to come out the day I called and found the problem. Unfortunately, the de-chlorinator tank quit working will needs to be replaced, but I do have water again.
Culligan in Troy have great staff from the ones who answer the phones to those who deliver and service my home. Always courteous, professional and friendly. Mor last serviced the house and as always was friendly and very professional!

Clean appliances! Although calcium did not make our water taste bad, it was horrible on fixtures and dishwasher and clothes washer. The installer and the service person who fills our salt bin are very nice and do a great job. It’s such a difference in our lives to have soft water!

Delivery is always good. Being able to adjust your order online would be very nice! Also, I've heard of water coolers with built in Keurig's, that would be very nice as well.
