The Privilege Program is a very good subscription program ensuring that our water system is properly maintained and filters changed annually. The technician, Lewis McCallum, provided excellent customer service, including explanation of the tasks completed and detailing the results of testing on our electronic receipt (this has not always been noted on past receipts). He also adjusted the pressure in the system which is appreciated.

Although we’ve had several issues with our water softening system, a young man from the Troy New York office have serviced us repeatedly. His name is Harry and he is exceptional at what he does. He is knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and whenever possible, solve the problem quickly and easily. I can’t say enough good things about this young man. Because of the issues we have had on several occasions we were more than willing to just forget about Culligan Water softeners, but Harry has single-handedly convinced us that everything is fixable. He is a true benefit to your company!
