The RO water tastes very good and is so convient to have instead of struggling with a dozen gallon jugs. And the salt that is delivered lasts longer and works better than the store brand. Also, the man who delivers the salt and the ladies I talk to on the phone are so pleasant and helpful. Great experience all around.

I like my water soft and Culligan helps me keep it that way but my problem hadn’t been solved yet. I had a service call that ended up with the problem unresolved and another tech is coming tomorrow so we’ll see what he finds. The first guy was very nice and told me he found nothing wrong. That was last week. I’m still have hard water so we’ll see what happens tomorrow.

From the product quality, to the superb service, to the friendly people, it’s all good! Folks think of Culligan and think the water will taste better and maybe the coffee will be better or maybe some cooking recipes will improve, but that is not the real benefit. For us, our Hot Tub requires far less maintenance with Culligan treated water, our faucets and valves are sediment free, our shower requires far less cleaning, and best of all, our steam boiler humidifier canisters ($178 each) which lasted half a heating season, now go 2 complete seasons or more!

Marvin is excellent technician and is able to troubleshoot any problem that arises with our water treatment system.
I love having someone bring in the heavy bag of salt for my water softner. It is much too heavy for me as a 70 year old to lift. The person who delivers it to my house always calls ahead letting me know they are on the way. This person is always pleasant and courteous. Culligan is definitely a superb business and I always recommend them to others.

I love the whole thing! The water is delicious and I can get hot or cold water from the cooler! A fellow comes once a year to replace the filter and they are always friendly! One of the best investments I’ve ever made!
