For the most part, the service is great and salt delivered on time.
Mark was very helpful during the service call but I was not clear why our HE softener required a firmware update. Why did it not update itself automatically. Why did the smart app not provide feedback to me that the softening cycle was 2-3 weeks based on a reduced number of home occupants. If the app had advised me of the changed conditions then the service call could have been avoided.
