Our delivery man is so awesome. He always makes sure that we get our water and will carry the jug into the house for my 86 year old mother that lives next door. AWESOME SERVICE!
We’ve been using Keppler Culligan for over 5 years now. They are dependable, easy to reach and the water is wonderful. We have well water and it tastes sulfur-y even with a treatment system. Having them deliver the water also saves me time and my back. I would have to shop separately just to buy three water jugs and then go back for my groceries because they all didn’t fit in the cart. I would recommend them to anyone.

The new billing process is not nearly as good as before. There are no delivery dates listed on the invoices now. Please do something to improve this.

Easy to order, great response from driver and office staff
Have used Culligan products for 35 years. In that time these products have performed well with little or no issues. Just had a new softener and reverse osmosis product installed in a house I just bought. Technician who installed them was on time very knowledgeable and through on updating me on the systems. Very please with the whole process
I do not like the taste of chloride in the City water. By filtering my water I get out that taste. The soft water is nice compared to the hard water. The person who comes to the house to change out the filters is professional and knows his job. It is easy to stop by the shop for the salt or the person can bring out some salt.

What I like is the water and the delivery services, no worries about lifting or going to the store to buy. I'ts very convenient I know the quality of water I'm getting.

Water purity is greater than store bought bottles of water. My niece, who is a Marathon runner, comes over often to fill her water containers and says I have the best water in Las Vegas! (But I live in Henderson, she is the one who lives in Vegas! 😃

Need more notice when coming to. Replace salt
Having filtered water at the sink for coffee, tea, and cooking as well as drinking is a great convenience and saves countless plastic bottles year in year out. The annual maintenance that's included in the monthly rental fee makes the service well worth the price.
The water softener I bought has had no problems. The sale delivery is easy and the driver always puts it in for me.

I like the fact that whenever I phone and who answers they are always pleasant and always go the extra mile for me. Having someone answer the phone who are always pleasant to talk to.
The lady I talked to went above and beyond the call of duty so to speak as I was out of water so she found a very nice driver who brought me my order that day. Unfortunately I never got on the computer to see an email that said I was not to get my water until the next day.
I have requested that I receive my water in the morning as I have a handicap husband who is unable to help me. He rests in the morning so I can go and do my errands etc. while he sleeps. Otherwise I have to wait until the rush hour to get groceries, bank etc.
