I enjoy the fact that we have clean and soft water and have the option to buy or rent your equipment, being a senior it is nice to not have to carry large heavy bags of pellets down the stairs to the equipment. If anything goes wrong the service department is there fast to fix the issue. Keep up the good work.

The person that came out and explained the system and tested our water was wonderful. The person that did the installation was wonderful. The person that came and serviced the system was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that we got missed for the first service call so it was 6 months before someone came out and that was only because I called to inquire about it. When I called, it was confirmed that we signed up for the service delivery program but we somehow got missed and we were almost out of salt in the softener. The communication around that part could be better. Otherwise, we are happy with the water softener and the RO drinking water system.
I don't know if many people up here in the hills of Woodstock need Culligan Services. They seem to have successful Artesian Wells. I have dug 5 Artesians. Dug to significant depths. Hydrofracted one. No well produced enough water for our needs. The alternative was/is to pump water from a good pond. It's a complex system that brings pond water into my cellar where it is cleansed by a series of filtrations and UV lighting. Then it is pumped up hill to two other dwellings. If there is any other company that can service the filtration system, I've not heard of it. You have to remind Culligan to come. There isn't any automatic rotation. But they do try to scramble when you call. The system has never gone down. Every tech who comes is cordial and efficient. We've been safely drinking Culligan-treated water for years.
