Today's service by Mike Monroe was excellent. He came when promised, was thorough and explained everything he was doing and informed me on the system settings that reset to factory after a power outage and how salt replacement should be done. He also offered to install a battery backup that wasn't originally provided when I first had installed the softener system. He even reminded me of coupons to use!

I enjoy the fact that we have clean and soft water and have the option to buy or rent your equipment, being a senior it is nice to not have to carry large heavy bags of pellets down the stairs to the equipment. If anything goes wrong the service department is there fast to fix the issue. Keep up the good work.
