We love our Sensor water softener, so we don’t regenerate more often than necessary. It recently needed new seals - first service in 17 years.
The person who answered the phone (Stella?) was friendly and helpful. And the phone is answered fairly quickly by a live person.
The technician who did the work (Ed) was honest and helpful. He told us out options without a sales pitch and did the work quickly and neatly. He was also very willing to wear the N95 mask I provided.
Others I have talked to on the phone about how often to have salt delivered have always been helpful and knowledgeable.
