The best water service! My family has plenty of clean water to drink. I no longer worry about contaminants from city or well water for consumption. They are always available to answer any questions. Online billing and payment is a breeze. My delivery driver is the best! I leave replacement bottles outside and he always places the new bottles in the designated area. I highly recommend!!!

Convenient and dependable. No worries about running out of salt. Culligan even takes away the bags the salt comes in so I don't have to be concerned about disposing of them.

Customer Service Rep Dawn H was quick to response to my complaints and took the time to look up my past bills and current bill and explain the difference in the billing. Dawn made some suggestions on how I can reduce my cost and also, how I can ensure I am getting the best deal for my family. Dawn had grate customer service and was "the 🐝 knees" I feel very at ease because of her. We may be thinking of skipping the bottles and just go for a home installation by Callaghan. Mahalo Dawn H.
