Well, the water needs to be treated in order for us to bathe comfortably and be potable. So although I wish we didn't have to pay for this (and that the water was perfect right out of the tap) I comprehend the need.

Having said that, I've only had positive experiences with Culligan. Our delivery guy is SO nice, he always brings the salt down to my basement and loads it into the softener for me, and I really appreciate that!

High quality but getting someone here was difficult. People who answer phones are not helpful. Nobody seems to know how we can order filters.

The water softener keeps the calcium and lime from being deposited on the fixtures so they look nice longer as well as the sinks, and other fixtures.

I have had water softeners at this residence since I was a child. I can’t live without my soft water. And with the new Smart Controls, I can easily access the settings from my phone.

And the RO water for my drinking and cooking takes my coffee and water consumption to a whole new level (can’t wait to try making tea!) I am honestly impressed.

My installation tech Dana was extremely knowledge, courteous and tidy. He instructed me on how to prepare my system for use. Also showed me proper instructions on the new softener.
