Don’t understand as a brand new customer I had to call when my softener was completely out of salt. My softener was installed on 8/21/2025 and was not checked on or filled with salt til this visit on Wednesday 2/4/2026. I called on the 3rd and lady who answered in Burlington said I was scheduled for the 4th. Seems like someone dropped the ball and forgot about me. Hopes service improves from here on in. I was told Culligan would be monitoring and maintaining this softener and I had nothing to worry about.
