The quality has been great, and all of our initial issues were resolved quickly. However, I live in an area that may require the driver, on regular chlorine deliveries, to walk down our driveway and on 3 recent occasions, the drivers have refused to make the delivery and left without calling me to let me know they were there. I would have carried the chlorine down the driveway myself, if they wouldn't do it. So instead, I had to buy chlorine from our local hardware store. This last time, the driver was great, called me to verify where to go and made the delivery without question.

I’ve used culligan services for about 40 years and they have always been there for me and my water softener issues. And living in Brooklyn park with the water has generated more than a few issues.
