Our technician (Miles) was very thorough and professional answering all our questions.
Water tastes and smells better since using Culligan. Am always notified when a delivery is going to be made. I don't have to do a thing except open the door! He does everything else. The employees are alway polite, whether it's the delivery person or one of the office staff, and everyone is always willing to work with you.
Frim the first phone call nothing but politeness. James came out and walked us through the water testing and our options. No high pressure selling. installation same. The gentleman was polite, explained our system. Another selling point was the warranty and the option of being on the salt route. They deliver, fill and check the system. Would recommend the Culligan of Leadington, Missouri to anyone.
The water softener makes our well water great. We had an issue with our water not being soft enough and the problem was promptly addressed and taken care of. We would recommend culligan water softeners to everyone.

Just got the systems but I think I'll be have it has better features then my last one has emergency water shut off notice and device to inform you and shut off water when leaks, kind service person, and sales, like you service everything and carry salt in and fill for me. I like the water being soft now and clean again and safe water picket on sink.

I don' have to remember when service is due. I don't have to worry about carrying the heavy bags of salt. The service meets my needs to have soft water which extends the life of my washing machine, my pipes and hot water heater.

I like the notice of arrival and the ability to have service when I am not at home. This last visit was one of those. I left a door unlocked and the basement light on. When I came home the light was off so I knew immediately that service had been completed.. Works for me!!
