Which yeah, the name of the guy that delivered the the culligan salt this time. His name is Tony. And tony went above and beyond what any normal person would do. The bill co coverage of my bill code to get into the basement was covered with probably almost a foot of snow. And um, I should have been different way to get down there cuz we have to access this to the seller. And he was so kind he could carry those saxophone fall into my home, through the hallway, down another set of stairs, into the basement, and set it all up. And I felt like I didn't know how to thank him. Accept saves. Oh my God, thank you. So I just really wanted to say, I don't know who tony is. I chatted with him for a while. He's a remarkable person, he's a keeper, you've got a great, great guy there working for collagen and I love the quality of the water here. We have a lot of rushed in line and our well, and it takes care of it. It's, it's wonderful. So, you know, don't let your costs go crazy through the roof like everything else is going if you could help it. But I just wanted to say kudos to tony, he really my God, he made a difference. Some 74 years old. There's no way I can hold those bags down there and I couldn't help him and he did it all. He was wonderful. So there's my feedback.

We were trying to reach the office for weeks with no luck. Our delivery driver Kevin was able to provide the amount of salt we needed for our system. He went above and beyond and I will always be thankful for him.

I appreciated both the Salesman, Billy, and the installer, Hunter. Billy was quick and to the point of how bad our water truly was by performing the tests and providing his own personnel story about why water filtration is so important in our daily lives. He was not pushy for the sale and when we were ready, I reached out to him for the next steps. He was kind enough to sign the contract while he was on vacation.
Hunter was pleasant and explained the system every step of the way as he was installing it. He made sure there were no questions and ensured everything was properly installed. Even when there was a small issue the next day he was quick to respond. It’s obvious customer priority is number one.
Pam in the main office was also very responsive and easy to work with when it came to billing and service. While the initial cost of the equipment his expensive, in the long run I believe it will pay for itself. I already see a difference in the drinking water.
