If I dislike your product you will for sure hear from me and I will most likely discontinue the use of your product. Regardless what your marketing department may say, survey’s are a waste of the customers time. Just give a quality product for a reasonable price and the service your customers deserve and you will find, the surveys are completely worthless. Please take me off your survey lists for text and emails in the future.
