The product is always consistent. Never had bad water or "different" tasting water. The services are amazing. Best water service by far. The wife and I love how we get calls if we forget to put out empties, and they still leave us water. The delivery is always on-time and the gentlemen making the deliveries are always nice to us. Don't know how to answer this question. The filtration works mostly. Still getting some iron through the filters. That's what they were here for yesterday to clean up the system.

Excellent service and response
The salt delivery person is always friendly and considerate when delivering salt and checking over the unit to make sure there is enough salt. The system has also gotten better by providing a smaller delivery window on the day of delivery. In the past, you would have to wait to see when the delivery would come, but at least now that there is a smaller, 3-hour window, it allows me to schedule work meetings and breaks with more confidence.
Everything went well with my service for the exception that the light still does not work on my RO faucet. The technician changed the battery and when I questioned the light not coming on yet, he said it will once the tank has filled up again. But it has never come on since. Is this something I need to climb underneath the sink and mess with to get it working or will Culligan look after it? I look forward to hearing back from you! Thanks!
