Water quality and Convenience
The employee was Name removed little friendlier. He changed the water bottle that was empty and asked us if we had enough bottles until his next visit.
The service tech was on time and installed a new system for our house. He was efficient and didn't dilly dally around.

I have been a Culligan customeer for many years and have never had a complaint on their service. Recently I did complain about what it was costing me as I live on a very meager income. I received a call from your representative whose name is Trishia and I explained my financial situation. She took into account my situation and offered me a discount which will lower my bill by $11. I cannot express my gratitude enough and all I can say is thank you Trishia, Culligan and God Bless you. Name removed
The right? Yes. We had the dylan. Um uh, customer number 73. 0 one. 09. 333. 1 dylan. Uh was our um, our co again guy. He's been here a couple times. He is really nice. Real helps me put my bottles on my rack and my base or my garage get a great job.

Equally, Chris as our salesman informed us exactly what we needed to meet our needs and let us know what would happen throughout the install, and even past install as far as water changes.

Customer service is great they will talk you through anything. Always gets out soon to look at your unit if needed. Very nice people to work with. I wouldn’t buy or go anywhere else.
