It was well done professionally and efficiently.
I was a customer in the 1990's and moving to Wichita Metro, we started again with Culligan. As a professional Process Analyst I take note of companies that are efficient and represented professionally.
I think we have almost always had William , your rep that delivers to our home on 42nd St, but he is hands down one of the finest outstanding young Culligan professionals. He is kind to carry the bottles right to the location in our home , as both my husband and I can no longer manage them.

We are set happy with Hall Culligan water service and especially want to recognize William,delivery driver , and Dawn, CS. Service with a smile helps us with enjoying the product. William brings every water bottle up a flight of stairs and delivers it inside our home where we can easily load it into the water dispenser.

Josh G. was our Culligan technician today. He checked the salt level and noticed that we had a “salt bridge” that had developed in the salt container. He tapped the outside of the container to alleviate the bridge. He further explained that if we noticed less softness in our water, the “salt bridge” would usually be the cause. He said we need to occasionally check to see if a “salt bridge” has developed and to tap the outside of the container with a rubber mallet to knock it down. We’ve been a Culligan customer for over 5 years and no one has even mentioned the “salt bridge” or how it could affect our water quality, or how to alleviate the issue!
He was friendly and professional and changed the filter quickly. Great job!

The water softener, reverse osmosis system, and carbon filter have made a noticeable difference, our water tastes great and has no odor at all.
The installation by Joel Bueno was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions while clearly explaining how everything works.
I would also like to recognize Kenny Wood, my initial point of contact. Kenny is an outstanding representative for Culligan, very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in addressing all of my questions.
