I think the products are very good...really helped with water quality and is definitely having a positive effect on my appliances and water heater lifespan. My sales representative Joe from Culligan of Troy NY, is good as well. Where you guys need help is customer service and your install and servicing technicians. The customer service can take days to get ahold of, not picking up the phone and being on hold for 15 minutes day after day is frustrating. The technicians need education on all your products...not just how they work, but what's appropriate and what needs to be serviced and when. Several times I had a tech come to service something and they say "I've never seen that before"...or the most frustrating one "I didn't install it" or "that's not the way I would install it". They installed an elbow one time that prevented the water shutoff from closing all the way! I know they are not master plumbers, but some plumbing knowledge beyond Culligan products would be nice. I have recommended Culligan to friends and neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again.
