Good service and good products
Always notifies before delivery. Product makes my water drinkable. Without it, it would be unusable as it is so full of iron oxides.
Always on time and delivered inside closet so I don't have to lift heavy jugs, delivery guy is the best, GIVE HIM A RAISE!
It is important to know that our water is filtered since we have a well.
I like it that the tech. comes to replace my filter every time so I do not
have to figure out when or how to do anything myself.
I even use Culligan Zero water since I learned about micro-plastics.
Your service deliveries are usually dependable and if i miss a delivery that is my fault, all i have to do is call and the service technician is usually able to come back the next day

Marcelino was out today and installed a reverse osmosis system and did a wonderful job. He was articulate, friendly, professional and did exactly what the sales rep said he would do. He was careful to match the drinking faucet outlet finish to our faucet and was very neat. He tidied up and took away the old under-the-sink filter we no longer needed.
Our local Culligan office is easy to work with and we've had good customer service experiences in the past. They offer a range of services and have a good reputation.
