Although we’ve had several issues with our water softening system, a young man from the Troy New York office have serviced us repeatedly. His name is Harry and he is exceptional at what he does. He is knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and whenever possible, solve the problem quickly and easily. I can’t say enough good things about this young man. Because of the issues we have had on several occasions we were more than willing to just forget about Culligan Water softeners, but Harry has single-handedly convinced us that everything is fixable. He is a true benefit to your company!

You get what you pay for with Culligan; quality products that work exactly how the sales rep described it. I have the Aquasential Smart salt softener system outside and the Reverse Osmosis System under my sink. They both work perfect. I also signed up for the auto salt delivery which shows up like clockwork so I have to do very little-to-nothing. And I love that you can bypass the filtration system with a phone app. I have an espresso machine that simply tastes better with unfiltered water (water minerals in espresso makes a real difference). Finally, the service is top shelf. I thought I had an issue with the filtration system and a Culligan tech came out very next day after my call. Turned out the problem was with my well pump system, so the tech replaced my filter and did system maintenance since he was already here at the house. Very cool. I am a huge fan of Culligan.
