I love having someone bring in the heavy bag of salt for my water softner. It is much too heavy for me as a 70 year old to lift. The person who delivers it to my house always calls ahead letting me know they are on the way. This person is always pleasant and courteous. I love the whole thing! The water is delicious and I can get hot or cold water from the cooler! A fellow comes once a year to replace the filter and they are always friendly! One of the best investments I’ve ever made!
