The water appears to be good. The delivery is consistent. It would be nice if customers could get a notification the day before the delivery to remember to put the empty bottles out.

The hometown feel , which is hard to find these days . Everyone at Culligan is friendly and super easy to work with . They are very well run company with knowledgeable service reps and office . Reminders sent via text or email are super helpful in keeping us aware of our service dates . They are very happy to accommodate us in our busy schedules.

I like the water softener that we have because it helps save our appliances and water pipes from getting that mineral buildup. The water is soft and feels good.
