I was having challenges using enough water to get my softener to recycle and I live in a small town 150kms from the Medicine Hat office. The manager, Ryan, took the time top stop in and assess my problem on his way to catch a flight in Calgary. I have 3 hot water tanks and only 2 were hooked to the system. After much thought he found a way to hook the system up to the 3rd unit which was in a separate storage room 20 feet away. We picked a date that worked for both parties and both Ryan and the installer, Scott ,came and with some creative plumbing redid the system so I now have soft water throughout the house. Works awesome now. The total bill for the service call and the new install was "no charge".
I am a senior who ran his own small business for over 50 years back when service was a priority not a privilege. In the so called bigger, better, faster, world when one on one and personal service has all but died it's refreshing to know there are still some people who understand the concept.
