The serviceman who recently serviced the equipment in my home was so competent and very pleasant. He remembered the equipment from a prior visit and his work went very quickly.
I was previously dismayed when I went to Culligan to pick up filters to find out that records were apparently destroyed when the company changed hands. That led to my getting home with the wrong filters. As a very long-time customer, I was inconvenienced and frustrated. I cannot imagine what logic prompted the new management to get rid of records.

And they're very professional, very nice and did a very good job.
Service has been great. Technician was always on time and polite.
The issue I have now is my Salt water system which I purchased with Wi-Fi is no longer functioning. An email from Culligan indicated the App was no longer available at the beginning of 2026.
I used this remote control feature weekly to by-pass the softener to enable water house plants. Now I must go into basement and manually By-Pass it.
I also used it to monitor water usage when I was away for vacation to note any leaking conditions which might cause problems.
Discontinuing this App is very disappointing!
