I love the soft water that I get from my Culligan soft water unit. Culligan makes salt deliveries around 5 times a year and loads them in my brine tank in the garage whether I'm home or not using the keypad on the outside fence. I just pay the bill when I receive it a week or so after the salt delivery. Very easy and reliable process!

We wanted this product as we're of a certain age. My skin needs to be protected and our hard water had become too harsh, particularly because I'm a quadriplegic and sit all day. Then having reverse osmosis was important for our health since we live in a farming state. We're 1st or 2nd in the United States for cancer.

Good tasting water
Thomas is very knowledgeable and a nice young man. He always answers my questions. Says hi to my dogs. And takes the empty salt bags (trash) with him!
Service people are friendly products work
Both appliances serve us superbly. We have an RO System and water softener. The tech who came to our home to check out the equipment was extremely polite and efficient. Very pleased with the service.
