Over the last 2 years, our service has got increasingly better. Our deliveries are consistent, we can easily communicate when there are problems and I like the new billing system. I also appreciate the reminder call that our delivery service will happen the next day. I have been extremely happy with the service. Dustin was our last delivery person. He was very professional, took the time to ask if we had any empty bottles, and was very courteous in placing the new bottles exactly where we like them.

Easy convient
I think that the plastic base on my sink for my filtered reverse osmosis water faucet should be metal and not plastic and should be upgraded in the future at no charge. This would be much more durable product than the plastic which cracked under normal usage and had to be replaced at a cost of $161.58
The technician Vincent, was very nice and efficient. He even called me to let me know he was running late for our appointment on the repair of the unit.
