Product works great for our home. Salt delivery is scheduled well but also delivered when needed. Maintenance workers very pleasant and explain things to you in plain English.

I've been confident in Culligan's customer service and the fact that they stand behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. The technicians they've sent are top notch and friendly. Most recently I had my 2 Reverse Osmosis systems maintained and serviced by Sean, he took time to listen to my concerns and he explained clearly what he's going to perform, assured me that everything works fine and showed me the data he collected from my systems. That in turn gave me a lot of confidence that I've been well taken care of. Also, he did that with a very friendly and helpful attitude. I would love to work with him again in the future.

On time delivery every two weeks with no problems or hassle. I’m a long time customer and initially we had problems, but they have subsequently made changes to their connector.

Starting with Service, the technicians we have encountered have done well to assist with any issues from the original install to doing the necessary maintenance. I really appreciated Keegan for his thoroughness. The product is a water softener system which is not a luxury as much as it is a necessity here. This system has improved our water tremendously. We no longer experience the mineral staining and deterioration of hardware as we did initially. We tried others and none have delivered on service or working product like Culligan has. You might think you will save money with others. Let me assure you that has not been my experience. I could not be more pleased with Ryan and her crew out of Weatherford, TX.

Always timely and helpful.
I understand the use of water softeners add to age of items such as the water heater, the dishwasher, etc. I live in the Nob Hill water area in Yakima, WA. and the water is hard and has a taste that is distasteful to many people. I like the fact that there are less hard water spots to deal with in your sinks, toilet and bathtub and showers.
I enjoy the service of having the delivery driver come in and pour my salt in the container. For me, and probably many, it is too heavy to lift. The drivers are efficient, professional and do not take a lot of time. I am sure they have a schedule to meet.
I have had Culligan since the fall of 1997, and I am very happy with the product and the servive.

I recently had my Osmosis Water filter system checked with several replacement cartridges. Henry was our service provider.
He was absolutely wonderful. A great conversationalist. Pleasant and incredibly thoughtful. At one point I sat at my kitchen table reflecting, "When was the last time I had such an enjoyable conversation with a person taking care of my filtering system?" NEVER!
Henry was just terrific. Knowledgeable and incredibly considerate. He's a gem!
Culligan offers excellent quality and excellent service. I'm a fan and happy to recommend them.
