We have an annual service contract for our under-the-sink RO system. A Culligan representative called to set up an appointment and gave a time of between 1-3 pm. Technician Andy called at around 1 pm to say that he will be at our place in two minutes! Not a typical response, normally, from service personnel, Andy was efficient & thorough with his work. Thank you Andy & Culligan!
I really appreciate it that you take the salt to the basement for me and put it in the softener. At 83 that job is beyond me.
