We've used your equipment for over 30 years with only 1 problem the entire time. The Culligan team was on it as soon as I notified them the unit wasn't recycling as it should. We were back in business two days later with a new unit. We were so confident in Culligan we replaced the reverse osmosis unit that was here when we moved in to Culligan's best unit. They now check and service both systems on schedule without having to notify the company it's time. Wouldn't change brands if they were giving them away free.

The salesperson (Donna) was very informative and professional. The installation crew were neat, clean and professional as well. There was a noticeable difference in the water quality, taste and softness.
This was particularly noticeable in the softness of our laundry and my hair after showering. The follow after installation was very good.

The only issue’s I’ve had is we have a defective r/o pump that we’re waiting on and a Purge part we’re also waiting on.
