Danny always does a great job maintaining our system and is very trustworthy. We leave a key for him to let himself in and lock up when he's done. Never leaves a mess . It's nice to be able to trust someone in your house when at work. You can't do that with all companies. Highly recommend cullgun

Culligan refills the container with how ever many bags of rock salt are needed to fill my system and are always on time and in touch when on the way to fill my system. I have auto billing set up so I don't have to do a thing. It's so easy after they have the system all installed an set up.
We have usually had friendly and seemingly knowledge technicians change our tanks when needed.

Service was spot on. Thanks for rescheduling another delivery of salt for my softener. I had it scheduled and I forgot about it being delivered until I was the auto payment on my bank statement and realized I did not get the delivery. I called and the person answering the phone said I had called last monday morning to cancel. Which I didn't .....so any way the person in your office was kind enough to reschedule the delivery.

The spring water tastes great. We are always notified when to expect a delivery. When I do call them I get to talk to a person. The delivery driver always places the bottles in the right place in my breezeway. So what's not to like?
