What I appreciated overall from start to finish was the real-time testing of the existing water in the home for the initial assessment along with having all of my questions answered thoroughly. (as I asked a ton, to say the least.) The installation process was great as well with a plan for the softener and reverse osmosis system placement regarding the equipment and water lines. The installation gentlemen were also able to answer my additional questions. I want to personally thank Joe, Alex, John, Levi and Robin for all of their assistance! I am glad I reached out to Culligan!

The Tankless Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system, is proving to be a very good investment for my family. On 2/19/2026 I call in with a billing question. Lizette Alvarado was the Representative who helped. Lizette was patient and professional and satisfied my billing inquiry.

It is very nice to have someone come into your business to make sure your equipment is working the way it should. They check the inventory and make we sure we have plenty of coffee bags. I like the coffee being divided into their own packets. There is no need to mess with filters and dipping coffe from a container, just to get it all over the counter.
We have had a few different sales people thru the years and they have all been very friendly.
