I've been using Culligan water softener & purifier systems since 1975 (over 50 years), and as a child my parents had a Culligan system (1960's & 70's). Total quality, reliability & support. Have had friends who bought cheaper systems only to discover their company was out of business when they needed parts & servicing.
Employees are always friendly and polite. Great on reminders when servicing is due.

The reason for the service visit was to change the filter on the kitchen RO system. I thought the water was coming out slower and slower because a new filter was needed. Chad realized something else's the problem. A pipe had burst during the recent freeze and the kitchen unit shared that line, which I turned off at the source. Chad re-routed the filter pipe and everything is working correctly.
I am grateful for Chad's know-how and how patiently he fixed the problem. Thank you!

I never have to worry about soft water. Culligan takes care of everything, and they just show up when service is needed.
Efficient service
Very reliable and when I need anything, Kathy is quick to respond. I love being able to go on line and pay the invoices but since the conversion, I have a problem getting the invoices via email but I just go online and print them but otherwise we are very happy with Culligan.
Just so very convenient we had to go out and purchase water and carry it inside. Thank you in water for your service.
