Your drivers are absolutely reliable. Every single time. This past delivery day they were quite a bit later than usual. Reason? The truck broke down. On Main St., of all difficult places. While I'm sure it was very stressful for Mike, who called Brad to come help, they both arrived at our place with the usual smiles and friendly, professional behaviour. No matter what, they don't lose their cool. No matter how far behind, they don't make their customers feel 'rushed.' Professionals all the way. Every time.
We called in to get our deliveries back on a reoccurring delivery schedule, and Theresa was so very helpful, she was quick, fast and very polite with making sure we got handled.
The delivery people are always very polite & very careful in walking through our home. As far as salt I guess salt is salt so I have no opinion on the product. It works & that is what we pay for so all is great.

The young man who came out to fix the water softener was very knowledgeable and kind. He did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it.
Product - Clean water that taste like water not chemicals.
Service - Ryan is always polite and professional. We appreciate his assistance with the bottles as we are both disabled and he always offers assistance with carrying them.
