The reason I continue to use your water is your Drivers I have had two since I moved here and they both went above and beyond what you would expect from a worker. I recommend to all my friends and family. I am 76 years old and have had surgery on my right shoulder and tore the rotator cuff on my left is all I can do to pick up the 3 gallon jugs your driver carries them to my door he didn't have to, my dogs like him so therefore so do I, he actually takes the time to talk as he is carrying them in and he bends down and pets the dogs , he is a good person i hope you all realize he is the reason i stay with you;

We’ve had the Platinum service for about 8 years.the quarterly salt service along with the systems check provided not only soft water but peace of mind our hot water tank and all appliances that use water are not being corroded by the harsh Florida water.
Then there’s the Customer service department. Just first rate from the ladies that answer the phones to the men that visit every quarter. Culligan is a product and service you can trust!
Nice delivery man. Delivery on time. But the one thing I wish was differance was you only pay for water you get. Sometimes I only need 2 bottles but I have to pay for 3 bottles...

The equipment is as good as if I bought it instead of renting. Rent prices are fair and service calls.... I've only had one.....are free for the renter. Tech was professional and explained the minor problem. All in all a smooth process with professional company.

I use it in my distiller water machine. Less cleaning the tank. Best water to drink. Use the Culligan for water softer . Reverse osmosis counter filtration for cooking. But when it comes to drinking water I use distilled water water . It’s 0 on TDS meter
