Your technician arrived on time. When he arrived he checked the water and it was clean, but there is a smell of Sulphur that comes and goes. He explained the reason and that it would dissipate over time. I only had to pay the amount that was quoted when I booked the appointment and we were reassured that our equipment is still running fine and will do so for a long time.
Having spring water delivered to my door from a local spring elevates life most important element. I live in a condo complex in San Diego, it’s not easy to get to, not easy to park the truck, but my delivery driver Mwamba Cunningham has always gone the extra mile for me. I am always in gratitude for his commitment, communication, and service.

Larry, our delivery person is great. Always respectful of our space and moves quickly - in and out within 10 minutes. He is very friendly.
My only complaint would be billing. We are on an automatic payment for a subscription and the charges still vary and are never the same.
Someone always answers the phone versus A-I or a message center. Culligan communicates!!

Unfortunately, the negative is your accounting department and your cash posting. We appear delinquent when indeed we are not. I have sent correspondence asking for corrections never receiving. I've asked for invoices for the delivery services, never receive. That department can do better.

My wife wears a sleep mask when sleeping, and it depends on distilled water, and we use for her morning coffee.
Last week, the delivery was on Thursday morning. There had been 2-4 cm of new snow overnight. We had put a container of salt near the empty returns, not for the driver to use, but for us. I heard the truck arrive and peeked through the door, and saw that the driver had used the salt container on the driveway, and returned it to the front porch.
I waved to the driver, and he waved back.
Now that is excellent service.
