We are happy with products, just wish there were additional coffee choices (Folgers Black Silk...hint hint). Our account salesman that services our account, Shawn Bell, is stellar!!! He is prompt, efficient, and works with our account on adjusting our usage needs. I would be sad if he should get promoted to a different level, or, God forbid...leave!!! Your service technicians are also very good! Your employees are just great!!!

Just had a RO system installed along with my Iron Cleer and softener system , products and service is great , Colin and Liam and another who’s name I didn’t catch installed the RO in my basement , very professional and helpful.
