Hi! I am overall very satisfied with Culligan's staff, sales and service! Starting with my initial call to Culligan. I talked with a very nice representative from your staff and I received follow up calls from your staff including Brian with your sales technician. Brian was very helpful and informative to help us select the right equipment to fit our needs. He came out and was up front with what services, warranties and cost would be involved. He sent us a quote and contract via text and email. Very easy to understand and complete. The techs that installed the equipment were awesome! They were friendly and helped me understand the new equipment and it's operation. The RO system provides some great tasting water and ice! The water softener makes a big difference! Nice on the skin and hair! I know you are local so if I have any problems I can count on someone to help, that is one of the reasons I chose Culligan. Thank you again!
I've used your company for years and have always been happy with the service. The bottles are delivered on the appointed date. And if the driver is unable to deliver you do call and reschedule and everyone I've ever contacted at the main office has been helpful and polite.

Really happy with my installation by Ernie. He was quick, clean, helpful, and loved my dogs. Getting set up was easy too. Ernie walked me through the app and my new system. He also spotted a potential leak that I wouldn’t have noticed if I had not had the system installed. The joys of homeownership. Happy I made the investment in my and my dogs’ lives for good water!

I love the water and even more I love the man who is doing my deliveries! He is so friendly and has not said a single thing about having to carry the heavy water bottles up to the third floor. I am so grateful to have the help of this man and appreciate that the water is as yummy as any water I have ever tasted. The cold water reminds me of when i was a child eating the snow. It had a certain taste of crystal purity! This is what the water tastes like to me.

I called for advice about low water pressure. I believe it was Tracy who took care to trouble shoot. She made an appt for service. An appt opened up sooner, so it was scheduled.
