I had a service call for an Aqua-systems tank we put in about 18-20 years ago. The service went very well. I was expecting maybe having to get a new system. A little tweaking by the technician, no new parts, and it seems to be working just fine. The technician suggested I use anti-rust salt twice a year, so I will be doing that.Thanks for fixing my system.

Devin is ALWAYS AMAZING!!! He goes above and beyond every time he provides service with our water system. As usual, our water treatment system is working 💯 % correctly and tastes great! I would choose Devin every time and were so pleased he is our tech!

I am very pleased with the service. I have never had water delivery before and was not sure how it worked. Adrian has been the best and most patient about explaining to me how it worked and helping me get it all set up. The delivery people are helpful and reliable. I am really satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

As always on the young man that come here are just wonderful and courteous today. We had a particularly conscientious young man named ray. He replaced our h E tank the 9 inch and just he was just yes, very confident we felt very comfortable with him. He respected our home and a poor guy up and down the stairs. Just. It was great. It was great. His name's ray, he's relatively new with us. So we just really wanted to give a shout out. But we're always very satisfied with our colleague and service in this area. Good young man and amos is always on top of stuff so. So thank you very much.

Both systems perform as advertised and expected. the Culligan Service Team is a group of professional service techs and customer service folks that are friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant team of Culligan representatives.
Josh Rivera performed the service for my reverse osmosis system today. Josh was very pleasant, friendly, and professional. He arrived and went straight to servicing the osmosis system. As Josh worked, he also explained what he was doing and provided me good information about my system. Josh did a real good job and cleaned the minor mess after he was done.
I certainly do recommend Culligan products and services to anyone wanting or needing a quality water cleaning, purification, or softener system for their home.
