The lady who answered my call was very nice and helpful. The emergency service fellow who came on the Sunday was nice but was not able to fix my problem so he just by-passed the UV light. It took the office until Tuesday to get back to me, I had expected a call on Monday. Kyle came out and after some difficulty was able to get the stuck quartz liner out of the unit. He replace it and reconnected the system.

I have a water softener tank delivered each month. The gentleman that delivers it is always very considerate and helpful in answering any questions I have regarding the use of the tank. They always call ahead of time informing me when they will be here.

When I called in to ask questions about products, Stephanie was more than helpful. She was able to explain products available and what would best fit what I needed. Amazing experience, especially when it was a topic I didnt know much about! On top of it all, the taste of bottled water is always an argument with my kids, but the Culligan bottled water has ended that! 10 out of 10 all around!

Overall, we have used you for years and do tell people about your company.
We had a leak in one of the water hoses feeding into the water softener and Reynaldo Remos was our service representative. He did an excellent job and even filled our softener with the salt
needed. It really helped us as we are both seniors in our 80's.
